#246 TRIPLE "S" EGGS : recipe #153
This is one of a very simple eggs recipe that I liked. It has the SOUR, SWEET and SPICY taste. The main taste came from the tamarind juice, the onions and the chillies that were used in the recipe. Enjoy!

1 onion, julienned
2 garlics-sliced
2 red chilies- sliced
2 green chilies-sliced
tamarind (ping- pong ball size)- water added, juice extracted
spring onion
sweet soy sauce
Thai's fish sauce
corn-flour slurry
steps: to make the sauce,
-heat oil in wok
-add onion and garlic
- add in the chilies, tamarind juice and the sauces
-add in the corn flour slurry
-when sauce thickens, add in the spring onion and dish up
-pour over the fried eggs
-serve warm with rice
