#255: Unbelievable ~ Craig David's

Get this widget | Share | Track details

Love this song. It's for YOU ( you know who you are)

Craig David - unbelievable

Always said I would know where to find love,
Always thought I'd be ready and strong enough,
But some times I just felt I could give up.
But you came and you changed my whole world now,
I'm somewhere I've never been before.
Now I see, what love means.

It's so unbelievable,
And I don't want to let it go,
Something so beautiful,
Flowing down like a waterfall.
I feel like you've always been,
Forever a part of me.
And it's so unbelievable to finally be in love,
Somewhere I'd never thought I'd be.

In my heart, in my head, it's so clear now,
Hold my hand you've got nothing to fear now,
I was lost and you've rescued me some how-.
I'm alive, I'm in love you complete me,
And I've never been here before.
Now I see, what love means.

It's so unbelievable,
And I don't want to let it go,
Something so beautiful,
Flowing down like a waterfall.
I feel like you've always been,
Forever a part of me.
And it's so unbelievable to finally be in love,
Somewhere I'd never thought I'd be.

When I think of what I have, and this chance I nearly lost,
I cant help but break down, and cry.
Ohh yeah, break down and cry.

It's so unbelievable,
And I don't want to let it go,
Something so beautiful,
Flowing down like a waterfall.
I feel like you've always been,
Forever a part of me.
And it's so unbelievable to finally be in love,
Somewhere I'd never thought I'd be.

Now I see, what love means

#252.. Ambuyat time..

Auni have been asking me when will the next "Ambuyat" time. This morning at Jerudong Market I bought fresh "tenggiri" fish and prawns (yay!) . At the "pasar borong" at Selayun, I bought the ingredients for the Ambuyat feast including "tempoyak", "jaruk binjai", "lemiding", "tibadak" and others. I also bought "candas" for the occasion. So , it's ambuyat for today's lunch and here's some of what we ate ..

#251 mmm......

I was "hired" by my boy students to help them in the "business" that they have proposed. They came up with the idea of ice-cream served with some sort of ice-cream biscuit and cake. They have tried so many recipes but some how was not able to come up with the right one. So, I came up with pie biscuit filled up with my black brownie .. this was how it looked like... I asked my children to "test" the product and they liked it very much .. So.. Good Luck boys!

#245 : Muffins for sale

I am now slowly venturing into muffins's business. It started when my hubby brought my soft chocolate muffins to school and from there people are now ordering my chocolate muffins. At first, I didn't want to do it, but I think Allah has opened for me another "pintu rezeki" so, well why not... and another thing is that I really enjoy baking and cooking, so it's not a hassle for me to do it. So,wish me luck people !

At the moment I am selling at 3pcs a dollar with minimum order of $5.00 :)

#244 BAKING MOOD: BLACKBERRY MUFFINS RECIPE#152

Adidarwish was counting the mini Hershey's ,which he ate afterwards.
He keeps me company in my kitchen nowadays! Very early in the morning

Darwish's biorhythm nowadays really makes me feel exhausted. This started since I stopped breastfeeding him a week ago. Nowadays, he wakes up between 1.00 to 3.00 a.m and when ever he is awake, he never allows me to sleep. I would sit on the couch half asleep, awaken only when he shouts at me direct to my ears or jumps on me *sigh*. His pattern enables me to go to the kitchen as early as 4.00 am. This is actually a good news for the rest as nowadays I have time in the morning to fix something nice. Last week, I've made cookies, breads and muffins. Today, I was actually able to bake 3 type of goodies; Puff (Thanks Ma) , large breakfast cookies and black berry muffins. Here's the recipe for the muffins:

Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder

Other ingredients
1 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp milk
1/3 cup sugar
4 tbsp warm melted butter
1tsp vanilla
6 oz frozen black berry- thawed , drained excess liquid, coated in flour

steps:
Preheat oven to 180C
Whisk dry ingredients and other ingredients- separately
Then mix the two types of ingredients, fold quickly till the dry ingredients are moistened (do not over mix) , Then add in the berries
Divide the batter evenly in the muffins cups
Bake till the muffins cooked , about 15-20minutes, let cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from the pan, serve while warm or within a few hours of baking.
