#373 : Tibadak Cake : Recipe # 220


Ingredients
1 block butter about 250gm
1/3 cup vanilla sugar + 1 tbsp red sugar
4 eggs
250 gm self-raising flour
1 rice bowl shredded "tibadak" ( Jackfruit family)

Method :

  • Heat oven to 180 - 200 deg C.
  • beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
  • Add in eggs one at a time, alternating with flour.
  • add in milk and mix in.
  • add in mash fruits.
  • Check the consistency of the batter. It should be of dropping consistency.
  • Pour into cupcake casings and bake for about 20 minutes.
