Gochujang sauce

boil 1 cup water with 2 tbsp gochujang paste, 2 chopped garlic, a dash of sesame oil, grape vinegar and chicken stock. once boiled, transfer the mixture into a bowl.

once cooled, add grape seed oil and mayonnaise , beat until the mixture looks creamy.

p/s if there is garlic dressing sauce available, that can be added too.
