#338 Fish dip : recipe #216


Tartare sauce is a great accompaniment to fish , particularly baked fish fillets. I ran short of tartare sauce the other day so I made my own dip .

What you need:
3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise- you can use normal mayonnaise too
1 tsp dried tarragon
a squeeze of lemon
1 tsp french mustard

steps:
- mix all ingredients in a bowl
-serve with fish
